The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with utensils. The microwave and air conditioning were useful features. I also appreciated the friendly staff. They were always happy to help with requests.
The entertainment was not to my taste. I feel it is more suited for families with young children. I booked a room far from reception despite advising that I had a disability. The price of drinks and snacks at the pool bar was also high.

the room was very clean and spacious. the location was perfect. the hotel was really quite (i was able to relax well). the view from the room was good.
The first thing to mention is the bed. It was rock hard. after two sleepless nights, i went to reception. i was told all the mattresses were new. i should have insisted on changing rooms (my bad).

I found the grounds to be well kept and clean. My room was close to others my party booked, nice! Staff tried hard to approve this request. I noticed Aldi is within a 10-minute walk. Made stocking up easy.
I noticed bar prices were slightly higher this year. I understand why, though.

Activities during the day and night were available. Parking was free within the hotel area and also directly outside. The pool is great and inflatables are allowed. This is fun for everyone!

The hotel is close to the beach. Shops and restaurants are only a short walk. Bus service access to get around Mallorca is available, too. I found two supermarkets nearby for convenience.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Reception did a great job trying to approve requests and were helpful. Cleaners were always polite too. I noticed daily room cleaning was provided.

The food at the pool bar was lovely and reasonably priced. Breakfast had a lot of choices. I stayed self-catering, so I did not use the restaurant otherwise. The breakfast food was lovely, too!

I enjoyed the apartment's cleanliness and modern design. The daily cleaning service brought fresh towels and bedding. The pool area was amazing. I found many available sunbeds, Misplace punctuation (e. g. 'we loved the pool. but the view was amazing! '). apply, 1-2 times. -. made relaxation easy. The option to pay for a late checkout was great.
The walls are very thin and I could hear noise from the road. The noise from other guests was a bit disruptive.

The apartment was modern and clean. It had everything needed for self-catering (I even cooked dinner one night). The balcony overlooked the pool and had plenty of space.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from other rooms quite easily. The complex allowed smoking and I often smelled it, even at the kids disco (that was not pleasant for my children).
